On January 11, 1951 the Nevada Proving Ground site had been established part of the land for Nuclear divices which was composed to approximately 1350 sq mi (3,500 km), the area was desert and mountainous terrain. On January 27, 1951 they had dropped there first Nuclear Divices this nuclear test started with November 1951 nuclear test at Nevada Test Site. Test is shot "Dog" from Operation Buster, with a yield of 21 kilotons. It was the first U.S. nuclear field exercise conducted on land.

Nuclear TestingEdit

The Nuclear testing in 1951 to 1992 they had announced that there were about 928 nuclear tests in the nuclear test site, out of that there were about 828 nuclear tests that were underground 62 of those were multiple simultaneous nuclear detonations, there were also 93 other detonations which brings the total amount of about 1,021 and out of those 921 were underground.

The Nuclear Testing Sites could be seen for almost a hundred miles, the city of Las Vegas had at arrtacted torists most people say that they could see the mushroom cloud from there downtown hotels.
